We have also opened our production site to visitors, both for educational purposes and for maximum transparency.
This project enables us to present each stage in the production of our cheeses (without compromising hygiene) thanks to a glass visitors’ gallery that passes through all the different production areas and three presentation videos (in French, English and German).
We also offer cheese tastings, enabling our visitors to discover our specialities, which form an integral part of the rich Burgundian heritage.
Our new buildings offer a warm welcome as well as meeting all environmental and hygiene standards, for which we have been awarded the “Quality Tourism” label.
Guided visit times:
From Tuesday to Saturday : 9 am to 12.30 pm and 2 pm to 6.30 pm.
Closed Mondays, Sundays and public holidays.
